Anthony Crugnale, Principal
RESKON was formed by Anthony Crugnale. Prior to founding RESKON, Anthony spent more than 27 years involved in the construction industry from Builder to Construction Management to Business Development. His diverse experience included local privately held companies to national public companies such as Skanska USA Building, Inc. and Suffolk Construction, where he held director level positions. He successfully served in high profile complex projects in markets such as: aviation, commercial, healthcare, institutional, industrial, government, retail, mixed use, and residential homes with aggregate revenues in excess of $3 billion.
Anthony has brought the same passion, leadership, and success that he enjoyed through out his career to RESKON where he is leading the success of the organization. His strength is derived from understanding his clients needs and implementing modern management techniques to best deliver successful projects. Anthony believes that the construction industry is now in an exciting and healthy paradigm shift where RESKON’s model provides the best resources and services to partner with owners, developers, lenders, sureties, contractors, specialty contractors, architects, and engineers for guaranteed results.
Anthony received his Bachelors of Science Degree of Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute; Graduate of Design from Harvard University; and Construction Law from Roger Williams University.
Jay Lodi, Project Executive
Project Executive with over 20 years experience. Working on new construction, renovations, retail development and multiple interior fit-out project assignments. Provide leadership and working harmonious with on-site staff and clients to working for high quality and project success. Proven success to supervise field construction activities to complete on schedule, provide high quality and a safe free environment.
Lia Foustellis, Business Manager
Lia comes to RESKON with over 10 years in Business Development, Sales and Direct Marketing. Over the past 10 years she has focused on working with start-up companies in digital, recruiting and marketing and bringing extensive consulting expertise to both the companies she has worked with and her clients. Most recently, Lia was at Superior Media Solutions, where she increased sales by over 400%. Prior to SMS, Lia was at Texterity where she was responsible for over 20% of all sales.
